Shipping:

We ship worldwide, except to a small number of countries.
For all International Shipments and/or when shipping to P.O. Boxes, please be sure to include your phone number and email so that drivers may contact you for delivery. 

Domestic & International Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on cost and location.

  

Return Policy:

Upon receipt, if you are unsure about your order, please do not remove the item from its original packaging until you have decided whether or not you would like to keep it. All returns/exchanges should be in "as new" condition, both unwashed and unworn. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 14 days of receipt, unworn and unwashed for a refund or size/color exchange.   

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for non-sale/non-discounted purchases made directly through STANDARD-H.COM. All Sale/Discounted/Promotional products sold are non-refundable, however, exchanges are allowed.

To make a return, please email us: info@standard-h.com with "STANDARD H Return" typed in the subject line along with your order number. If possible, please provide the reason for your return as it helps us better our products.

You are responsible for postage/shipping fees for your return. PLEASE ONLY USE EITHER USPS OR UPS FOR THE RETURN.

All returns will incur a restocking fee of 10% of the retail price. This is to cover the two separate 3% credit card fees that are charged to process payment as well as the return, as well as the cost of packaging and re-packaging to resell the product. There is no restocking fee for exchanges of equal or greater value product. 

All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment.

If you return a package that does not meet this criteria, it will be denied. All denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your purchase was made through one of our retail partners, you are subject to that retail partner's return policy.
