Can I change my online order once it has been placed?

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We ship all orders Monday through Friday with the exception of any holiday that prevents us from doing so. All domestic orders should be received between 5-10 business days from the date of purchase. International orders vary in duration due to customs. 

 

How can I track my order?

All orders receive a confirmation email with a tracking number in the email. If you need assistance tracking, please email us at info@standard-h.com and include your name, order number, name of recipient, and the shipping address. This may seem redundant information, but it allows us to cross-reference the data we have on our end to ensure the two match.

Where are your t-shirts made?

The Signature Collection shirts are made from 100% cotton grown in North Carolina. The rest of the process is entirely done in Los Angeles, CA within a 5 mile radius. This includes the yarn being spun, the fabric being knitted, the fabric being cut and sewn, as well as the dying of the shirts. This was crucial to us in an effort to decrease the carbon footprint in the manufacturing process of our garments as well as substantiate the jobs and lives of those here in the United States.

The Garage Collection t-shirts are made using imported blank 100% cotton t-shirts and then screen printed 25 miles north of San Diego in Carlsbad, CA.

 

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

We do, though rarely. If we do, Paddock Members are the first to be notified, so be sure to subscribe! You can quickly do so by visiting the bottom of this page where it says "Become a STANDARD H Paddock Member!" Enter your email in the box and click subscribe. Boom! Done.
