STANDARD H
Targa Florio Jacket - Military Green
This jacket is cut slim, so if you intend on layering with a thick sweater, etc., you may want to go up one size. Otherwise, if you own any of our t-shirts, you'll want the same size in this jacket.
The STANDARD H Targa Florio Jacket represents a timeless intersection of British tailoring and Italian style. Double breasted with two hand pockets on the outside. Jacket closure by way of horn-style buttons. Cropped to fit at the waist and featuring the popular STANDARD H gusseted sleeve design, this jacket allows you to drive while not sitting on the garment as you would wearing a longer silhouette. The jacket's lining is of course inspired by the famous VW GTI Tartan plaid, and the two patch pockets inside provide ample storage for your essentials such as your phone and wallet. You may recognize the jacket label on the left inside pocket displaying your jacket's information as it is borrowed from the chassis plates found in the engine bays of vintage Alfa Romeos. Please visit the photos to the left for a deeper dive into the numbers and information for each jacket.
Available in Navy & Military Green.

History Lesson:
The Targa Florio was an endurance road race that began in the early 1900s in the mountains of Sicily. Given the historic style of Italians, it only seemed fitting to name our first tailored garment after the Italian race flanked by patrons exemplifying sprezzatura. Though the race no longer exists as a race (as of 1977) the event was established as an annual rally where you will see a wide array of beautiful vehicles spiritedly-driven throughout the streets of Sicily. Fun fact, the Porsche 911 Targa got its name from this race!
